A Bit About Me
A respected executive leader with deep expertise in creating, building and running small business insurance entities, with a particular focus across distribution, marketing, underwriting, service operations, technology and digital.

After 25 years building the marquee digital business at Hiscox globally, and then 3 years as their overall US CEO, in 2024 I decided to start a new chapter in my career by joining Berkshire Hathaway GUARD’s leadership team to help build their next chapter. It feels liberating to be building something again in a great business with great people.
