A respected executive leader, with deep expertise in building and running small business insurance entities, with a particular focus on distribution, underwriting, operations and digital.

After 25 years building digital business at Hiscox globally, and then 3 years as their US CEO, I took a bet on myself by joining Berkshire Hathaway’s GUARD to contribute to the exciting journey they’re on to build something special. So far, loving it!
