A Bit About Me
A respected executive leader, with deep expertise in building and running small business insurance entities, with a particular focus on distribution, underwriting, operations, technology and digital.

After 25 years building the marquee digital business at Hiscox globally, and then 3 years as their US CEO, in 2024 I decided to start a new chapter in my career by joining Berkshire Hathaway GUARD’s leadership team to help build their next chapter. It feels liberating to be building something again in a great business with great people.
